Dear Head Cold...

Dear Head Cold...

I think it’s time for you to continue your travels. I was not particularly happy waking up last week with you dwelling in my body, or more precisely, my nose…

Yeah, so I have what feels like a head full of snot. And I suppose that’s a good thing as I otherwise would be blowing parts of my brain out my nose. But it’s so tiring! I’ve had this cold for about a week now, and just I can’t seem to kick it. I guess this is where an immune system would come in handy, huh? My head is pounding, my throat hurts a bit, and this morning I felt the start of a chesty cough…

I’ll be working from home until further notice!

Are there any clever remedies out there? Please help me – anyone!

Oh dear, that doesn’t sound good at all! If your throat hurts that much, are you sure you don’t have tonsillitis? It’s easy to spot – look in the mirror – does your throat have white spots? Go see a doctor pronto is it does! Other than that – eat lots of icecream and get lots of sleep. Painkillers are good too. Hope you feel better soon! School’s important you know ;)

Garlic in any shape size and form
    Vitamin C
    Hot tea with honey
Crisp green apples (think Granny Smith)
    Black currant
    ….
That’s about all I can come up with!
